Driver under 21

Arrested for misdemeanor DUI - A.R.S. § 28-1381
-
Driver submits to tests with result equal to or greater then .08, but less then .15

Driver does not have any prior DUI, Reckless Driving, or Racing offenses within the preceding five years
-
Driver has not accumulated more then 4 MVD points prior to the incident
Court/MVD Activity

Driver pleads or is convicted of DUI offense

Admin-Per-Se Law suspension applied

90 day Admin-Per-Se suspension

Two year license suspension per A.R.S. § 28-3322(A)
