  • Driver has not accumulated more then 4 MVD points prior to the incident

  • 90 day Admin-Per-Se Suspension
  • 30 days no driving, 60 days restricted driving
  • Reinstatement fees
  • Assignment to Traffic Survival School under MVD Driver Point System
  • Ignition Interlock Required if convicted of DUI
