MVD DUI Consequences - CDL
Facts
- Adult driver arrested for misdemeanor DUI - A.R.S. s 28-1381
- Driver submits to tests with result equal to or greater than .08, but less than .15
- Driver does not have any prior DUI, Reckless Driving, or Racing offenses within the preceding five years
- Driver has not accumulated more then 4 MVD points prior to the incident
Court / MVD Activity
- Driver pleads or is convicted of DUI offense
- Admin-Per-Se Law suspension applied
MVD Consequences
- One year CDL disqualification
- 90 day Admin-Per-Se Suspension
- Reinstatement fees
- Assignment to Traffic Survival School under MVD Driver Point System
